I have always groomed in a one to one environment both in Essex and Cornwall. I will take more than one dog at one time if they are from the same owner. However I will never take dogs from different owners at one time. This is why I heavily rely on owners collecting and dropping off their dogs in an accurately timely manner because dogs can not be seen at the same time.
One to one grooming makes an extremely safe, relaxed, fully focused environment for both the dog and the groomer. It becomes a very personalised, bonding experience for your dog and groomer.
